That should be the present prediction of the draws but when the real draws is out and we will know who is going to win the champion league. But as you said if Liverpool is fix to play with Real Madrid though I can't boldly say that Liverpool will win because football is something we can't predict.
The draws are already fixed, they don't do it as they do before where there are draws for every round till the final. The winner between PSG and Liverpool will face the winner between Club Brugge and Aston Villa, While the winner between Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid will face the winner between PSV and Arsenal. So the draws are already fixed.
I don't think we will see a Liverpool vs Madrid semi-finals, because I think Atleti will knock off Real Madrid and get to the semis.

Anything can happen at the final match but if we just predict the future of the match, Liverpool is at the winning side because of their previous performance and games played so far from different leagues. We should not depends on those performance to predict another games because things can change.
Well, the past performance and current form are the major things we can use to judge. based on the current form Liverpool is better than Madrid and if they meet now I believe Liverpool will win. That is why I believe Atletico will win against Real Madrid because based on current form Atleti are better than Madrid.
