As long as we're talking about crypto, there are many ways to get it regardless of whether the coin or token is valuable or not. For the forum itself, you can access Bounties (Altcoins) board, there are lots of campaigns that will pay you with their project tokens after the campaign ends. But these days they're usually not tokens that are valuable or at least listed on the market.

Outside of forums, you can explore many crypto projects that hold testnet events, all you need is to test their blockchain or interactions within the platform. Not all testnets give rewards to their participants, so make sure you're on the incentivize one.
