Well that's right. Liverpool even proved that the quality of their game is very consistent, not only in the Premier League but also in the Champions League. So actually catching up on the points difference with Liverpool will be very difficult even if there are only 5 points or less remaining. Because with their record of only losing once this season in the Premier League, all this proves that Liverpool is ready to maintain this top position until the end. Arsenal will most likely fail to return to previous seasons. Where Arsenal can only always reach second place. Somehow they keep getting results like this in consecutive seasons.
Liverpool are strong and stable in this season in performances so they have managed to hold a first position in many weeks as well as create big difference with Arsenal. Liverpool in this season is different than Arsenal two seasons ago in performance stability, and they are doing better than Arsenal two seasons ago. Arsenal led the league in most weeks but they had problems and when that season came to last months, Arsenal fell down quickly.
Liverpool in this season don't seem to have that weakness and with good balance between attacking and defense, they will less likely repeat that nearly free fall of Arsenal. In a same season, Arsenal don't have too good performances and their stability is quite bad. Many things that make me thinking of a tilte for Liverpool, not for Arsenal in this season.
