When a player makes a deposit in a casino, they should know that they will play against the odds, and there is always the risk of losing that money. If someone fears losing money, they should not deposit in a casino. But that does not mean they will gamble irresponsibly once they make a deposit. I won't continue to place risky bets even though I know I can lose the deposit.

If you consider responsibility in gambling, then yes, you should fear losing money. Otherwise, you will end up placing irresponsible, risky bets, which will end up losing your money. So it is kind of yes and no at the same time.
Fear of losing and wasting money is a good one, it will make you to spend or deposit money prudently, without a fear of losing your money you can go broke and can be in dept. Placing bets with huge amounts of money that you cannot afford to loose is irresponsible gambling and it can lead to addiction which will affect a person's mental health. Don't be greedy to hit the jackpot with huge amounts, take it slow with small amounts that you can afford to loose so if you lose it wouldn't affect you negatively. It's not good to feel bad when you win small amounts with small bets because you don't know whether you would lose when you bet with huge amounts.
