History have had it that Nigeria use to be the best country in the world with estimation of 9.9 Million People, the country was known for so many things like natural resources, culture, military governance and politics, refined education system and welled defined relationship with other international countries. Countless of desires to see the formal Nigeria by present youths as pertaining transport to foreign countries with cheap dollars, going for education with less pennies and having surplus of available raw materials, one dollar equal one naira.

We have had past wonderful leaders ranging from Nnadi Azikiwe, S.L Akintola, Michael opara, Gen. Iziogu, Tarawa Balewa down to Obasenjo to some points. Nigeria became crisis ground in a quest to take power and oppress others instead of good governance, Gen Ojuku saw it from afar in 1967-1976 and agitated from freedom of easterners and south-south and he was fought by Gen. Gowon and he ran to exile and committed suicide.

Today Nigeria can no longer records good leaders with the intentions of moving the country to another level but stealing and corruption is now normal leaving the country in penury and poverty with streets of suffering Nigerians. My question is where do we miss it and what can be done?
Nigerians deserve their leaders. We have seen overtime that nothing matters during election other than the little cash and rice that will be shared. Nothing matters other than the fact that you'll benefit from the incoming political party even if the candidate is obviously a very terrible choice. Tribalism, greed and religion have been used to separate us in fighting against ourselves when we should be holding hands and fighting against the worm that's eating up our nation not even slowly but ravaging every good thing from it. As a people we have proven to be equal to the task in any situation but when it gets to politics its almost as though our brains have been erased from all that we have suffered in the previous years. Politics shouldn't be about the party or if an individual will benefit just a particular group of people, its should be for the wholeness and complete well being of every Nigerian,  it should be about strengthening our nation and restoring its past glory, it should be about bringing back the pride of the nation better that what it has ever been.
