This is unfortunate. The more we discuss how some of them escape, the more they learn how to escape. I am not against alternative accounts as it is allowed. The problem is, that some of them cheat with their accounts. But I have shared my point of view and when you investigate your next case, I believe you will keep that in mind. You should what they could do.
On top of that, even if we evidently track increased activity from other accounts, in the same region with Pakhit and see similarities, I don't know if it's enough evidence to accuse them, even if we all know that it's him.
