Question why east always have problems the middle east russia africa and latin american countries.
Why they not developing like UK USA and Europe ?
why they don't try to live in peace like USA UK and Europe does it.
But another question is what's the matter that those countries like africa and middle east don't develope and society not so good for example like in USA ?

Western countries are good examples for others because they are civilized and well developed infrastructure working well and goverments can be trusted.
So when we see countries in africa middle east asia and all the others will look like Western countries well developed and people cultured and safe life ?
