Could this be the end of Napoli dominating the league this season or they will still bounce back to the first position. I know that Inter will do their possible best to make sure that they don't come down from the first position in order for them to win the league. However, they need to be careful because one point is easy to overtake.
It cannot be said as the end of dominance because Napoli still has a big chance to overtake Inter Milan again because they are only 1 point apart so there will continue to be changes in the hunt for the top of the standings, Napoli's performance lately has indeed weakened a little but sooner or later it will rise again when Inter focuses on the UCL match and of course Inter will do a lot of rotation and that's where Napoli's chance is to take advantage of the situation to achieve consecutive wins.
Inter might have other competitions to partake in, but that's doesn't mean that will affect their chase for the title. Napoli shouldn't give up because they still have hope of moving up to the first position if Inter make any mistakes in their upcoming matches. However, I don't think that Napoli will be able to win the rest of their matches to have a better chance than Inter.
