Buy and Dip, It is universally accepted in Bitcoin, Bitcoin is worried but that won't stop I think Bitcoin will give us a sky high ATH in next two years.
I don't think that you have studied bitcoin market properly because every new ATH happens in a bull market and the next bull run will be in 2029. Two years from now, we should be moving away from the bear market. Which means that bitcoin will begin to regain her price after the bear market. However, past history is not a guarantee for future results.
