You have a point. As much as it's not convenient for me when see users here downgrading a new account when they complain, people can do ugly things as well. They could target a good business to paint it bad, sh*t happens these days. So good proof of the allegation is not too much to ask. However, the guy has done that
here but it seems the one presented by him is not weighty enough since anyone can source for this anywhere even as the username is not the same with the one used on the forum.
What I don't do for any reason is to start judging immediately when newbies or someone that quickly creates account to accused a successful business just to soil and tarnished their good images because they are actually doing better than others or their competitors. When I new profiles easily complained it's better to properly watch them to know if actually they are on the right side or maybe should wait a bit to hear from the other people because casino doesn't easily restrict people from their platform without violating any of those their rules. And again, it's also better to use their original profile to make accusations for quick resolve as I know when a reputable profile lodges complain it's that possible for them to get it fixed as quickly as possible.
