Yep.  You will be able to see whether you are feeling any soreness, especially if you keep doing them every day, and of course, if you are already used to working some of those muscles, even if it might have been in other ways, then you may well not get as sore as some of us (especially, I feel that I have long recovery times)...So yeah, younger guys and even athletic guys may not experience as much soreness, either.

My return to lunges a few days ago has been quite taxing on me, but I can already notice a little bit of improvement in my endurance with the lunges.

Another thing with the pushups, there could be ways that you really push yourself to higher levels (or maybe more challenging kinds of pushups), and depending on how fit (or young) you are, you might still be able to find some limitations in terms of how sore you might get while your body is getting used to the increased focus, if you were to choose to do that.
You no longer feel sore when you have done your pushups to some certain level and consistently except you miss out on some good days. The sore feeling always happens when you dont do pushup for a long time and decided to start again, no one pass through without facing the feeling of soreness. But if you keep pushing it becomes comfortable with your body and you no longer feel it anymore.

It is mostly weighed by bones not flesh so yh you are right here. Younger ones often have stronger bones than older people. But you cannot still compare a normal guy to an athletic. For someone who does this everyday it becomes part of their daily routine nothing can change that.

Anyway my report for Today
