Not too much to say about today’s pushups. 40-20-40 and then I washed my truck. It was 86 degrees outside so I got some sunshine and put in some elbow grease. If only the weather stayed like this… Almost time to switch to swimming instead of biking.

Still, you are doing 100 push-ups every day, which is very good. I am trying hard, I am not able to complete 100 push-ups every day, but I can complete 3-4 sets of 60 to 80 push-ups at most. But I will keep trying, surely one day I will reach my goal.
