As more countries launch their own central bank digital currencies, will bitcoin face increased attacks? Could a mass push for CBDSc lead to restrictions on bitcoin or will btc remain a global alternative?
bitcoin has come to stay, government can not kill it. many countries may have their central bank digital currencies but bitcoin will remain the global coin with a great store of value. no matter the mass push for CBDSc, it can not lead to restriction on bitcoin so bitcoin still remain the global alternative.
The USA also pushes for BTC, not for CBDCs of any sort, so I do think there is no point in thinking that these centralized coins would kill BTC. They would just exist to be in the hands of the appropriate governments they were created by.
