Inter is on fire and they are used to playing tight match schedules without it affecting their performance. I was surprised at the way they messed Lazio up in the game because Lazio is also in form. However, what I have noticed in Lazio and Inter match is that Inter is always superior to them no matter how in form Lazio is.
Inter should still be focus on winning more than one trophy this season because it's possible for them to win both trophies as you stated but they need to be in their best form to achieve this, because other strong clubs are not sleeping.

Normally, Lazio cannot win based on past records but what's so hard in scoring even a single goal? When it comes to best team in terms of wasting chances, I think Lazio deserves the trophy more than any other team. For a team to think they need like twenty or more chances before they would score is a clear indication that they need to get sharp strikers urgently.
This is not just losing to Inter but it was Inter reserve that played against them. Inter made just two shots on target that led to goals while Lazio made more shots without scoring simply because of lack of precision while the goal keeper was busy mounting pressure on his players by kicking the ball to attacking players leading to unnecessary pressure. This is perhaps the worst of Lazio in the last ten years. Inter have scored eight goals against them in just two matches and Lazio couldn't even register a single goal. That's really pathetic!
