It seems to me that Spanish teams have much more chances for this, although it is too early to talk about chances now. Atletico is weaker than Real, this is obvious, unless they hope for a lucky factor. Mbappe is in great shape, he has finally started to open up and we see that Ancelotti believed in him for a reason, now he looks like his former self and can help Real achieve another title. Among the obvious leaders, I would also note Liverpool and Barcelona, these teams are capable of beating Real, which means they also have good chances.
Premier League teams are only Liverpool that can be expected because they have good performance but La Liga teams have Barcelona, Real Madrid and also Atletico Madrid who are currently performing well so indeed if you look at the whole thing at the moment of course the percentage of La Liga teams to win the title is much bigger in my opinion.
