I have no doubt that he knows very well what he is doing, and that the system clearly allows him to behave that way. Boards are falling one after another as victims of AI spammers, and the number of reports is getting smaller and smaller. You can't fight something if you don't have clear rules.
In addition, the user in question has only had 30 posts deleted so far, I honestly thought that number was much higher.
