It's always annoying when the team we like to win ends up drawing or losing. I was really disappointed at the end of the match between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, it was a bad result for Barcelona. I don't know why the defenders were so careless when they were already 4-2 ahead of Atletico Madrid. The match ended 4-4, but Atletico Madrid's 4th goal completely wiped out the win for me. It's really bad for me.
Atletico Madrid did not give up at all when they were 4-2 down, they even played better in attack so that Barcelona's defense line experienced instability that could be utilized by Atletico Madrid players to score goals. The score of 4-4 was certainly very unexpected but this match presented the best performance from both teams because they both fought hard.
That game was one of the most interesting games of this season's Copa del Rey. It all started with ATM taking 2 goals lead and then Barca coming from behind to take over the lead in a 4:2 scores. At a point Barcelona became complacent out of overconfidence of their dominance on the game then ATM took them by surprise just when they had thought it's all three points for them.
I presume the second leg to be more tough than this because ATM won't want to lose at their own ground so it's going to be a difficult one for Barcelona to get a win there.
