Again, this is why account buying is bad. You assume all the characteristics of the previous owner upon purchasing the account, whether they have positive trust, negative trust, are evading a ban, owe money, or are even deceased.
Except instead of "account buying" it should be expanded to "account transferring" as this covers sales, hacks, gifts, and everything else.
