We all know that many casinos are now regulated, which means they can enforce KYC at any time. But if there’s a casino claiming to offer anonymous gambling, without a license and does not have a bad reputation.. would you be willing to risk your money there? Or would you rather stick to regulated and reputable casinos?

It is obvious that if an anonymous casino introduces KYC, and therefore stops making withdrawals to all players who do not want to verify their documents, then this is a violation of the agreement. The question is whether there is any agreement at all between gamblers and such a casino. After all, no one signs anything and we cannot be sure that legal norms are observed. Maybe on the site somewhere below there is a small print inscription "by playing in the casino you agree to all our terms." There are such inscriptions on sites.
