It's all over and this has been the easiest Premier League competition in recent seasons, usually Premier League teams will compete until the last week to win the title but that's not happening this season, there's nothing to expect from Arsenal, they're really bad.
While Liverpool continue to show good performance and it's been quite consistent since the start of the season so there's no stopping Liverpool now, they are very consistent and have strengths above average for other teams.
For the Premier League title competition this season, there is no need to pay attention anymore because it is quite clear from the advantages that Liverpool have obtained this season so that Liverpool is the only team that can make this happen this season. Meanwhile, Arsenal and several other teams such as Nottingham Forest still have to compete by maintaining their position in the top four zone in order to advance to the Champions League next season because the competition in that zone for three positions will still be quite fierce until the end of the season.

That is one of the reasons I believe Arsenal can’t win the Premier League. In fact, toward the end of every season, the way Arsenal plays on the pitch makes it very hard for them to win any trophy. They do not play aggressively. The only thing they always do is focus on passing the ball around. Football is not about touches; it’s about the tactics needed to win matches.even in the Champions League, they might not go far they could even be disqualified in the Round of 16.
