Ive got email update from BC that my account unlocked.
Ive requested to reset my 2FA too, cause I dont have access on that 2FA anymore. I hope they will escalate this matter soon.
BUT... I didnt get any information about the case of what happend...
Also, untill they help me reset 2FA, I dont know if they refunded my money or not...
