I think they are existing in the PL to always finish as runner up. They will never able to win Premier League title.

On other hand, look at how the current outright showed massive gap between Liverpool and Arsenal. However, we're still quite far away from the end of season, but Liverpool is wiling to lock the title asap.

Liverpool this season is on another level and everyone else is fighting for other places. Arsenal continues to bottles the title. When Wenger was their coach they were always fourth now with Arteta they are always second and i dont see a way they can even get the title in the upcoming seasons. They needed a striker and they didnt get him and this is why the gap is so big
