I think I like Arteta for this selfless act to always defend his players on the media, despite when they fail to produce a good result. He prefers to take the blame on himself instead, which I don't think every manager can do. But, the truth is, not everyone player on that team deserves to where the Arsenal jersey. Arsenal have become a dumping ground for rejected players, or players that can't even offer a 100% in almost every game.

And one thing I have noticed about Arteta, that I don't like, is that he likes making useless comparison. Just because he was able to get 4 points from Forest, he thinks his team is better than Liverpool that only managed to get 1. Liverpool have had just one loss this season, which is a very good record compared to Arsenal that has had 3. Maybe he doesn't even know about that.

Well, it seems he isn't bothered much that he's going to end the season without a trophy, moreover, the Arsenal board barely sacks managers, so his job is very much intact. I only feel sorry for the fans at this point.

With Arsenal's current form, what should be the reason for Arteta to be sacked? Unless he himself gave the trophy target and he failed to get it this season. Arteta has shaped Arsenal into a strong team, some people say that Arsenal's lack is a very dangerous striker. If Arteta is given a striker like Haaland or Mbappe, I am sure Arsenal can play very mentally damaging to their opponents.
Arsenal getting 4 points from Forest is a fact. In the context of the match against Forest, Arteta is not lying. Arsenal are better.

Mikel Arteta has made Arsenal stronger than before, but unfortunately, there is one thing he doesn't have, that is the champion mentality, therefore whoever the competitor is in each season (be it Man City or Liverpool), Arsenal has always been under their shadow, and they always ran out of energy when the season was coming to an end. I think Arsenal need that factor because they haven't won a trophy for too long, and for that they need the right manager with strong character. If that is taken into consideration, so it's reasonable if Arsenal needs a new manager to replace Arteta (but the change should not be made while the season is still ongoing).
