Besides that, there is a question that really bothers me. Why wouldn't Amorim sell Hojlund and Zirkzee and use his money to sign Osimhen? If Osimhen is too expensive, at least Amorim could still sign Gyokeres as an alternative.
It's not a matter of expense though, I feel it's more about the player's choice. The Nigerian stated that he wanted to play for a club in the champions league and clearly United are not there and even if he were to overlook that slight, can they be able to pay £413,000 a week for his wages?
As for Victor Gyokeres, the club was bidding for him but along the line I think the deal did not pan out. One thing you need to understand about Man UTD is that the whole management, not just the team needs a change because if not, it won't matter who comes to help them, they will still struggle. See Amorim who excelled in Portugal, only for him to come to Man UTD and look clueless.
