The nominee is free to use the particular account at his/her own discretion after the paid period for that account has expired and the client who has been using that particular account has decided not to extend it.

There could be obviously other accounts under the same nominee. During the paid period the accounts are functioning in normal mode according to the service rules. There are no problems with them because clients extend them on time.
