I am not sure what all of these that you have said has something to do with checking yourself and remaining safe from using the ATM machines. I know that you're trying to give some advice but this is all about when you're in the actuality in front of the machine and not with your smartphone. If you are talking about online and mobile banking, I can understand the importance with all of these that you've said and I agree with that. But as for the actual machines and saying to have an updated version of these OSs, it doesn't make sense.
