That is true for all tokens on DexTools. The price can increase several times in one day (and more than that), but also the price can decrease very fast, so you need to be watchful, especially for small altcoins which could turn out as scam coins. DOGEMOON and DOGEMARS are probably very young tokens because I cannot find any information about those tokens on their social media or website (I know at least for DOGEMOON it's not listed). They also did pump a lot this Saturday, so there can be a strong chance that they already had enough coins to dump and get some money. Also, you can easily check if some token is scam by using the following tool - https://tools.ethereum.org/verify (you only need Ethereum address). I would say holding tokens could be better option since tokens are pretty cheap anyway so if price will turn out badly it won't affect your finances a lot...
