Which wallet are you using? Sounds like a secure one. Kinda surprising considering how many malware and fake apps target popular wallets nowadays. AFAIK, most hacking happens because users fall for phishing to begin with. While I'm not sure how people who value privacy use their phone, I can see some of them lacking in awareness and download new apps or updates that was hijacked by scammers because the devs failed to protect themselves like what happened on the GitHub malware case. So while your wallet app might be safe, malware might lurk around and record your phone activity.
