If you were using your native seed (which can result in an output like that from Segwit transactions), then this transaction would have come after a different spent output... but I'm just going to guess you're more likely using Electrum than any other wallet as there is no indication of when the tx was sent, or which address it was done. Without further info, it's hard to tell what's up. But if these are non-segwit addresses in a native seed, they shouldn't even be possible for anything that you could "log in"...
