This is what i said in my previous post.

If you feel stress is because you are clearly not "enjoying" it anymore and is doing much more harmfull, and is clearly because you ahve dependence or you are gmabling way to much money or money than you can afford.

So quit gambling now. For your health.
It's hard to argue with your judgment. That's what I wrote about earlier. If you feel stressed while playing in a casino, then it's time to think about stopping for a while. Until the game brings satisfaction and enjoyment of the action itself. I don't recommend using antidepressants. Well, that's not the solution, period. Also, don't try to win back. That's what causes stress and depression. It's better to switch to something else that won't weigh you down.

Fully agree with you man.

You wouldnt use antidepresants because like you said in your post you are only attacking the efect and not the cause of what you are feeling plus maybe because of the antidepresants you feel a little bit better and keeps gambling and thats put you in a much deeper hole.
If people are not focused on their mental well-being while setting and continuing their course of action, then it might be a good idea to quit. If you can't keep your focus in the casino, then you should stop for that time. It could be under stress or when you're losing too much or winning too much. Stress and depression can ruin your focus and even your chances of getting your bets right. Antidepressants are effective as a quick positive pill but they can also put you in a deep hole in the long run and later on as you said. It's not really a feel-good factor that will not be positive for you.
