Have you thought about keeping a record of bets, monthly wins and losses, to track this?.

Gamble for fun and don't create so much time for gambling to the extent of keeping track records on how your gambling is going. For instance if you are someone that have incurred a lot of losses in gambling and you are keeping records of all your losses, is it really gonna make you feel good that you have lost a lot of money? We should stop giving time to things that can cause us emotional damages all in the name of keeping track records of our gambling activities because it's not a healthy practice. If you are keeping records of your gambling, that means you have given it more priority which is not meant to be so. It is very important to stay away from anything that will make you to remember past events of your gambling life whether you have made a lot of money from gambling or you have lost a lot of money.

There is sense in your write up an I completely agreed with you to a valid point keeping those track will only make us feel we are giving much attention to gambling activities, those that gamble for fun without expecting much from gambling might not necessarily keep a log or track their gambling activities even though most of the gambling platforms stores every gamblers gambling activities where we can either make choices of deleting them or not, in my situation I do delete my betting history after every six months because I have not reason keeping them for ever I only gamble for fun and with an amount I can afford to lose.
