That's not true. Whether we like it or not, there are countries that are really poor, that's why the poverty rate is high. People there aren't lazy; they're working hard to survive. They just lack opportunities to improve their lives, often because of a lack of education caused by poor government programs.

That's why people always talk about electing leaders they trust to change things by boosting the economy. Look at Africa and other countries with high poverty rates, you can't call them lazy when even women are working hard just to get by.
Many "fortunate people" always forget if they live in less crime countries, raised by parent and family, have a place to live, going to school without need to think to make money, have someone we can share story, don't need to afford parents and brothers/sisters needs etc.

When they see there's someone who unfortunate than them, the fortunate people will blame them lazy.

Such people always blame the effort, instead of thinking about their privilege.
It's bad when people don't think about their privileges. Some people are obviously more privileged than others.

Think about people whose parents left alot of fortunes before they died.

Think about people who make high amount of dollars monthly but don't share with anyone or help family people because everyone in their country works and earns.

Think about those whose government has provided all amenities and those whose government have created alot of problems, for them to succeed, they will first solve the problem created by the government.
