Setting limits and maintaining control in gambling is the most important thing, there are many gamblers who get addicted to gambling more deeply after losing continuously, and then their attitude is like, "I will not stop until I recover all my losses", and then they keep gambling with more money. I cannot understand how they can consider themselves so lucky, even after losing continuously. In fact, they lose everything because of this kind of attitude. That is why gamblers have to be responsible from the beginning, and accept gambling as entertainment only. Without self-control, gambling will take everything from you and make you destitute.
Many of them are addicted to gambling because they lose self-control when gambling, making their views different on gambling which may have initially been just for fun but when they lose self-control they have the perception that they will be able to get a big win so they continue to gamble or as you said.

People who pursue victory in gambling have their own perspective, sometimes they are too confident in pursuing victory and this is what becomes a problem. For people who have self-control they will have the right view of gambling as well as the actions they take they will not extend their gambling session when they have experienced one defeat.

Sometimes the reason why they are too confident in pursuing victory is because they heard stories about how most people made millions in gamble, you know hearing this is going to trigger them to gamble continuously without thinking of giving it a break for some time. because they have this strong feeling that some it will definitely get to their turn, Which is why most people never seize from playing gamble.
