Is anyone honest enough to declare his/her crypto assets?
When the laws doesn't have teeth, many won't be honest to declare their crypto assets. And with the danger that surrounds everywhere now and targeting crypto people with a $5 wrench attack. But for those people that are in a very strict country, they're willing to declare their crypto assets and pay the dues and taxes that they are liable to pay for.
For me, taxes should be considered ONLY if it is officially accepted and become legal tender.
Sorry but, it don't have to. Bitcoin being a legal tender or not, it's taxable when you have earned some from it. I think it's all about the government setting the actual standards on how to define for it to become taxable. It's for the government of a country to educate and make some ammendments for it to be clear for everyone on how it became taxable.
