Now most newbies would rush into believing these without proper research. I see most of these results as ads basically come to think of it, a single open source wallet didn't pop up as part of the top 10 results.

I can't agree more with you on this because without proper research in details we can't know what is the reality actually we are so addicted to the results we get from Google on the first number that's why we rely on it so much. This is nothing but SEO and some other metrics that decided the position of this blog. Or it can be sponsored. In short we should do proper searching by reading at least 10 other blogs.
As a content writer everytime when I have to write an article I read almost all the blogs on the first page, differentiate the differences in their content try to make a new one with SEO factors included the point is the real knowledge can only be achieved by spending more time.
