Why do you think that Milan would win Inter in the finals. I believe Inter will not lose gaurd their defense the way they did in their last meeting. However, the match is unpredictable because both teams are rivals to each other. Milan needs to buggle up their belt and take the rest of their matches serious, if not they might not qualify for any European competition next season.
What is certain for now is that both Inter and Milan are still in pretty bad shape and have not been able to be consistent especially when it comes to scoring goals in a match so for this match it does not reduce their rivalry but I think they will be quite careful in the midfield because indeed when a team has got a rhythm in a match it can be dangerous for its opponent and the midfield can be decisive in this case.
They've had a few matches this season and more or less they must have known the layout of each other's strengths and weaknesses to serve as a momentum for them to make a breakthrough later.
But in this case I think they still won't think about it first because the match is still quite long and there are still several other matches that are quite important in the near future especially for Inter so for the Milan Derby in the semi-finals later I think they will still make some buzz from now while waiting for that time to arrive.
