Manchester City is facing transition time as things are not going well their players confidence level is also not good which hurting them badly but now as Pepe Guardiola is doing changes next season could be interesting because now situation is going to be challenging for all top teams.

When did Manchester city agree that they'll be sacking pep guadiola next season as I haven't heard anything about this announcement and I don't think it's the best decision for the club as there aren't not many manager's as good as Pep Guardiola that can give the club half of the success that Pep guardiola has given to the club.
It is an exaggeration to suggest that because of one bad season the owners of Manchester City are already considering replacements for the coach. It will be their loss to drive away a coach that has brought them a lot of recognition in the Premier League. If they let him go, many clubs will be waiting by the door to quickly try secure him to their club knowing he is a coach with a proven record of being able to win in any league he finds himself, and also the champions league too. Manchester City will be better next season, the foundation are already been laid with the new players already brought to the club. Before next season, they will already be used to Pep's style.

I also agree with you, yes, of course it would be too bad if you had to consider firing Pep because of course Pep has contributed a lot to Man City and even if for example this season Pep is not good at strategy, of course that's a normal thing as human beings sometimes make mistakes. Try to remember that in the next few seasons I still remember Pep's greatness when he used strategy, he always managed to beat his opponents and last season I also remember when Man City was behind on points, such as due to Haaaland's injury, but in the end at the end of the season Pep was able to catch up on Arsenal's points and in the end Man City became champions. So yes, of course if you are considering sacking Pep, in my opinion it is certainly not a good thing.

It's true that I also see that if, for example, Pep Guardiola is fired, it will definitely make many other teams want to have Pep because his performance is good and he has a history of always bringing good results, of course he is in the spotlight of other clubs so Man City would certainly be a shame if they let him go. Yes, with City's new players, certainly for next season, I also see better potential because the new players will definitely be used to it. and of course City's victory in their last match against Tottenham, I think is proof that City has risen.
