It’s obvious that Arsenal can’t win the trophy this season, losing to west ham was really a bad one for them, if they had won the match, they will have been having confidence that they can still win, but they lost against west ham, and they played draw against Nottingham forest, which increased the points difference between them and Liverpool.
If Arsenal wants to close the cap between them and Liverpool, then they will have to win all their matches, and Liverpool will have to lose like 4 matches, because they will be having equal points with Arsenal, which we know it’s not possible, Liverpool can’t lose 4 matches before the season will end, and am so sure that Arsenal also won’t be winning all the matches they are having left.
If we look at last two games of Liverpool and Arsenal, Liverpool has won both games while Arsenal has a loss followed by draw in last two games. Liverpool knows they will lift this season trophy unless they play very silly football in their remaining games. Liverpool has lost only one game this season and it's very unlikely they do mistake of losing three to four more games. The best Arsenal can do from here is to finish second in this season, as they have missed the chance of winning the title.
