I totally agree with you, the team isn't doing well in the league but they have somehow managed to keep a incredible record in the Europa league so far this season. Personally, I don't think the coach is a problem but it's the club that's the main problem to the club itself. With the way things are going for Manchester United I really don't think they will get their Spanish opponent in the Europa league Round of 16.
The opponent they will face will not be easy because Real Sociedad themselves have the ability to beat Manchester United. Amorim must work hard for this match because if they rely on their current abilities, they will most likely lose. Injuries to some players may also affect Manchester United's consistency in the Europa League so this is a big problem for Amorim. I am not so sure about Manchester United's journey in the Europa League this season because even though they played well before, they are not necessarily able to reach the final.
