Manchester City must know that no coach can succeed forever and no coach can change his tactics to be adaptive with time and responsive tactics from opponents. This explains that success of any national team, any club only last for several years and when their favorite tactics is gradually constrained by opponents while their main players also become older and play worse with time, their successful era comes to the end.
Don't think that rebuild a new squad is easy, and even it can be done well, a main challenge is changing or upgrading your tactic, this is very difficult and most coaches fail to do this well.
You're right mate, for me I think they should understand that there's time for everything, time to shine, time to be on lapses and time to bounce back too, everything must not be sweet all the time that's the reality we have to face and I believe that whats happening to Manchester City now, even though the change manager today, l won't be surprised to see the club still flopping, I think they should rebuild the team may be let go of some players and try new play pattern too, we never can tell where there playing is coming from but that should be done next season because i see this season as a season that's over.
Yea introducing a new play pattern in a team is very challenging because of adaptation by the entire team but it is worth it, no matter how long it will take, what matters is the result at the end of the day, they should start from somewhere, am very much eager to see them perform as I know them to be earlier.
