Now most newbies would rush into believing these without proper research. I see most of these results as ads basically come to think of it, a single open source wallet didn't pop up as part of the top 10 results.

There was a time when you search for information on Google, this forum use to pop out but for some reasons I don't see it happening again. Is that because these bloggers index their site the way Google want them to organize their website so they can be among top search results and because Bitcointalk is old forum? I can't say but there is something wrong the way Google display information because some ads thag are scams shows first before other information are been displayed.
Centralized platforms are not helping with the informations they write out there, non of that wallet should be something a new person should used, even a smart person that has been here understand better that those wallets aren't the best thing to use but Google is giving it as recommendation. Only lord knows how many people that has download wrong wallet and are guilty of some thwse platforms even when sometimes they do have have good reviews.
