I wish best for people as Bitcoin holders and wish that they will keep their bitcoins safe but their practice and carefullness decide. Many bitcoin lost by carelessness and not only lack of knowledge. I know lost bitcoins are gifts to everyone but I never wish anyone to lose their bitcoins.

They appear to ask for help to get their bitcoins back but it is too late, because Bitcoin transactions are irreversible.

Lost coins only make everyone else's coins worth slightly more. Think of it as a donation to everyone.

You got it completely wrong. Losing Bitcoin to scammers does not make any changes. Losing Bitcoin to hackers or scammers is not a gift to everyone. Satoshi said it in another instance. For example, if you lose your Bitcoin by sending it to the wrong or dormant address or burn it somehow. In such cases, the Bitcoin cannot be recovered and is considered a donation to everyone.

Can we consider Satoshi's holdings as donations to everyone? As far as we know, he has held almost a million Bitcoins, and none have moved. The addresses are dormant; probably, he died, and no one can ever access his wallet. So, is it a donation to everyone?
