Few days ago, the price of Bitcoin dropped to $79k while this particular topic was still being discussed here with some persons saying it was a good time to invest in Bitcoin while some others are saying the price would dip even more but as the time of dropping this post, the price of Bitcoin is now $86k. Considering the history of Bitcoin volatility and other factors like long-term growth potentials of Bitcoin, the institutional adoption of Bitcoin and the regard that it's also a good store of value, I personally do not think that there's any better time to invest in Bitcoin than the very moment you think about. Invest in Bitcoin if you can afford it because at the end, you have very little chances of regretting your decision.
Instead of making your investment dependent on institutional adoption of Bitcoin you should consider how successful you are at accumulating Bitcoin. If institutional adoption does not happen, the probability of Bitcoin price increasing will increase accordingly. Focus on building your future from disposable income and holding Bitcoin not on price charts.
During price fluctuations, you should make an investment-oriented effort to accumulate Bitcoin, that will build your decent portfolio over a period of several years (4-10 years). Bitcoin has recovered its value over each period. I think Bitcoin limited effect is more motivating for it to be a store of value and and will increase in value future. So your long-term view of Bitcoin will be.
