They also offer high rates on limited spots while they can just just hire average user for starters to have more reach using that same budget compared to their initial attempt on the campaign.
So you think the target should be show more signatures on the forum with low budget but hire more users. I don't think it is a good idea. Basically, it's about the quality vs the quantity and i think in the long run, the quality matters.
However, it is not any of concern if they pause the campaign. They can re-evaluate and also sometimes the new casino do not gain more users overnight specially when the competition among the casino is huge. The marketing dept. has to manage the budget and at the same time make sure that there is expected level of ROI on marketing campaigns.
In other words, which i personally think is actually more accurate, we can say that it's all about reputation, good reputation for the quality and not-so-good reputation for the quantity.
That is, if a casino wants to hire and work with only high ranking and reputable members on this forum, they definitely will have to spend more money because most high ranking and reputable member won't settle for peanuts as weekly payment.
While if the casino wants to pay far less, then it's very possible they will get a lot of applications still but they hardly will find any reputable member applying.
And on the norm, it's always better to mix this two, that is, hire reputable and not-so reputable members together because the reputable users in the campaign gives the company or casino some credibility and a good level of trust.
