Although, AC Milan played better and held on to possession today but it really wasn't enough to hold back Lazio. Though I feel that the straight red card given to Pavlović really affected them, because it's not easy playing 10 Vs 11. But nevertheless, that's not an excuse for AC Milan poor form over the past few games. I already knew that they would lose today but I actually didn't expect them to play well like they did today.
I think they played poorly. You can't always use the same pattern and expect different results. Doing that would mean you've not learned anything. In the game against Torino, they were the ones applying pressure but as soon as Torino got their first goal, their cools shattered and they started making mistakes, so was the same pattern they adopted in their last game to Bologna that saw them lose now this one.
Milan's poor form is even being reflected in their champions league outing and I guess Sergio Concecaõ will be preparing in his mind that his job would soon be taken away from him.
