First of all, your entry is incomplete. You can submit up to 5 submissions per round so you can add 4 more posts in entry. This is not a big issue you can edit your entry anytime before checking and update or add new submission links.

Main thing I want to tell you is that you submitted your entry in wrong format. If you check OP's page they have shared  correct format in the last of post with an example. Please follow that format and correct your entry.
