The easiest way to manage pressure in betting is to spread your bets across multiple games... this helps reduce the stress of losing big on just one or two bets. For example, if you have a $100 budget for the day and you place it all on just two games, the pressure will be high, but if you divide it across 10 games it becomes more manageable. Even if you lose two bets early, you still have eight more chances to turn a profit.

If you win 6 out of 10, you’re already in profit, and even if you only win 4 out of 10, the losses won’t hurt as much compared to losing 2 out of 2 with bigger stakes.
I guess I get you point rightly and of course our level of emotions to panicking or relaxing state of time is usually pegged on how many times we still have left to play. And this is usually when we must have lost a lot and we have limited time to wrap up and then cross-check out casino accounts if we were able to win or profited.

Having some other times can be unrealistic promising that we could be lucky to make some good outcomes before the end of the game and by doing, our emotions could be relaxed (under control) because more opportunities to continues playing is a consolidation to the game of lucks in gambling.

But one of weird question is that... What after several attempts and unable to win? I am sure the moment will glance hopelessness that if not being in control of your yourself, perhaps your state of emotions will trigger a disappointment which could lastly make you feel a weakly.

So with all being under strategies,  we can not be in stable control of our emotions if we stake with values that seems a treasure for us and get it lost at the course of chasing for more.
