Because many times casinos that say they do not ask for KYC, then when someone wins a lot and wants to withdraw the funds, they ask for KYC for that person because they know that this person has a high chance of not doing so, and the casino keeps the person's money.
Its deceptive for a casino to have something like this if they are serious about their no KYC offer and there will be no point in the time you are playing or when you want to withdraw that they will ask for KYC gamblers will then trust their platform.
If they will ask KYC at some point, then better not mention the no KYC offer. Gamblers do not want to be deceived.
Based on my experience and what I've read in many complaints, casinos like this have hidden agendas, so its better to not trust what they offer and just read the terms.
This is the drawback on playing with Centralized casino. Regardless if they have license or not they can ask KYC whenever they like since their promise of no KYC is not absolute especially if you are accused of violating their ToS.

Only Decentralized casino offers legit No KYC feature while casino operates in centralized manner will always have the possibility of asking KYC.
Yeah centralized casinos won't be 100% absolute NO-KYC it's just bullshit to say that, especially when the Tos clause states they can request documents at any time.

Definitely remove the word NO-KYC as the thread title to avoid debate.
We know some casinos won't do KYC at the beginning but at least they can do it at any time, so we realize that.

What about someone who wins big and then withdraws? Certainly large withdrawals will be sensitive to pass they will be tightened in KYC.
