irfan_pak is DT2. If he really cared, he could tag the accounts -- at the very least as a reminder to himself and as a courtesy warning to fellow bounty managers. Since they are bounty hunters and everything they do is off-forum, I don't care. If they had a signature campaign, then yes, I would tag the alts in that campaign.

Before a hunters gets tag for cheating in a bounty it's assumed that the manager clearly stated it that if anyone enrolled with multiple accounts or more than one they will get tag and remove from the campaign it's also right for the anyone who is that reputable to tag them if found any cheating. But then, since the rules has already stated there is no need waiting for the manager to tag them instead you can as well tag them because you are reputable member not just that a DT for that matter. If proven guilty then there are need get those account tags.
