Of course Manchester City are technically out of the race for the English Premier League title this even when we know they're still mathematically not out of it. I don't even think a miracle would be enough to see them win the league.
For Arsenal who are 13 points behind the league leaders and playing a game lesser than them, they still have hope of a turnaround but for that hope to materialize, Liverpool will have to suffer a very poor run of form. The results of the next five league games for Arsenal and Liverpool will determine if they'll remain in the race till the end of the season.
Liverpool have been the best team in the league this season and considering how far they've come, I'm 95% sure the EPL title is going to Anfield this season
Liverpool team have a clear vision of winning the title, unless something ridiculous happens to their performance, as for Arsenal they'll need to work strides ahead to maintain their current position. The reds only have to win few more matches and they'll be sure of taking the title home. It's their season and they worked real hard to be in the first place of the table.
